In this outdoor test session, I recruited my son, who has recently taken a liking to baseball, as my model. Since the sun was quite intense, we found a spot with building shadows to shoot, to avoid excessive contrast and loss of detail. The Fujifilm Instax Wide film has an ISO sensitivity of 800. The light meter reading handheld showed f5.6+0.5 at 1/250s, so I decided to shoot at f5.6, 1/250s. After developing, I was slightly disappointed as the photos had a greenish tint, possibly due to shooting in the shade. Nevertheless, my son's pose was perfect. Below are the digital scans made with an Epson L350 scanner and printer. I added a touch of warmth to enhance the overall feel. Honestly, getting the correct exposure with instant film is a bit tricky.
